Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

With all her clients, Gina looks at the primary foundations of health: digestion, blood sugar balance, mineral and vitamin balance, hydration, diet, and lifestyle.  She then addresses their issues with food assimilation, allergies/sensitivities, blood sugar, mineral and vitamin imbalance.  She teaches a diet of properly prepared, locally grown, nutrient-dense whole foods to help manage stress, enhance sleep, and live better.  She recommends diet, some supplementation when warranted, and many herbal tinctures and teas. 


Each session with Gina will be different and specific to your needs as a client.  The most advantageous way for you to begin working with Gina is to set up a 20-minute free phone call.  After both of you decide that moving ahead is the right fit then you will be sent 3 questionnaires to complete before your session. This will ensure that Gina can assess your body as a whole, including what you cannot see or feel on a daily basis.   Once she identifies your state, she can then begin to understand your body as a whole. 


It is crucial that you take care of your body, but more importantly, knowing why your body works the way it does.
